Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@marovadesign.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim within 2 business days and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
